Portable
welding fume collectors are available in several configurations:
Standard
Single Cartridge, 6" Arm- Shown here on the
right, is
normally used
for maintenance and light production work. This system filters to over
99.995% efficiency at 1.0 microns and includes pushbutton self-cleaning,
and washable Polyester Spunbond filters. Air flow is 700 CFM at the
hood.
Twin
Cartridge, 8" Arm, 1.5 hp Single Phase-
Shown to the left, complete with 8” x 14’ arm, this is
available with or without push button compressed air
cleaning. This system will handle production welding and plasma cutting.
Air flow is 1100 cfm at the hood.
Twin
Cartridge, 8" Arm- Our most powerful portable,
this system features two huge Polyester
Spunbond filters, 8" x 10' arm, and push button compressed air
cleaning. Air flow is 1400 cfm at the hood. This system uses
a 3 hp, 3 phase motor, and delivers better performance than most ducted
systems. We call this "The Giant".
